Domestic Shipping

Silver Acres Studio ships orders throughout Australia using Australia Post.

Our shipping rates are:

Shipping costs may vary for unusually large or heavy orders.

Postage Insurance

Postage insurance is applied based on the value of your order. The first $100 AUD of cover is included. An additional $2.50 AUD will apply for each additional $100 AUD of cover required.

This helps ensure that the value of your order is covered if your parcel is lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post.

Processing and Dispatch

As each Silver Acres Studio piece is carefully prepared and packaged by hand, please allow time for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Processing times for custom and made-to-order pieces may vary. An estimated completion timeframe will be provided when your order is confirmed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Express shipping only shortens the delivery time after dispatch. It does not shorten the time required to create or prepare your order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods or delivery to rural and remote locations.

Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery delays are outside the control of Silver Acres Studio. We will assist where reasonably possible if there is an issue with your parcel.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address when placing an order.

Please contact Silver Acres Studio as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that its delivery address can be changed.

Additional postage costs may apply if a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact Silver Acres Studio promptly and provide clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and jewellery.

If your tracking has not updated or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us so an enquiry can be lodged with Australia Post.
